Most of our work is contract work rather than one-off hire. A company tells us the routes, the timings and the passenger numbers; we match vehicles to that, assign drivers where the contract includes them and run it month after month.

Vehicles are serviced on schedule and checked before they go out. Registration and insurance are kept current as part of the contract rather than billed as extras and a vehicle due for service is swapped rather than allowed to hold up a route.
Drivers hold the licence class their vehicle requires. Where a contract includes a driver, that driver is assigned to the route rather than rotated, so they learn the pick-up points, the timings and the people.
Routes and timings are agreed in writing before a contract starts and any change is confirmed with your named contact. Dispatch coordinates replacements when a vehicle is unexpectedly off the road.
Every company has its own monthly statement covering rent, tolls re-billed at cost and payments received. The figure on the invoice is the figure you can check line by line.
